My order #78194 never arrived or delivered

I have just placed an order #78194 of all star box buddy and streetwise 2 with chips on KFC Douglasdale via ubereats. The driver CIZA never delivered my order I reached out soo many times even on our chats giving him the complex name, unit number and generated an access code for him to enter he never entered the code or entered the complex I called the security to ask if he had arrived and that they should tell him to enter the code on black bummer he never did but left instead. I been trying to reach out to ubereats for assistance and been trying to connect to the driver via the app instead my order showed as completed yet he never delivered he doesn’t even have evidence to show he delivered the order at my door as per the instructions. I had to place another order #6497B of the same item All star box buddy because I was starving and that was meant to be my lunch at kfc douglasdale and the other driver Lucas delivered my food with no issues and used the access code I had generated for the other driver CIZA because it was not used.
