My money back please

I made an online order at UberEATS, somehow they couldn't deliver because my pin location was saying I'm closer to where they are even though I had written the address where they should deliver, now the lady who was suppose to deliver said I must change, it didn't change and I ended up cancelling the order UberEATS sent an email to say they are going to refund my money in full that was on the 26 November 2021 till today I haven't received a dime and no one is giving me a straight answer the phone calls they keep on transferring me
