My journey with Ubereats

I have given Ubereats a lot of business in the past weeks and disappointingly they double-charged me for an mount R144.90 on 2 March and neither made an effort to reverse or refund my money. Moreover, on 8 March I was charged for a meal which was never delivered, They promised to refund the money for this meal and I am still waiting..... I'd rather use Mr. Delivery instead . They are far more efficient and reliable.
