My food was ****** Uber eats ****ty Delivery service

I placed an order , stipulated the building number at my works office park and I requested to be called upon delivery…the driver did not call me and then according to the picture received he left my food by a different building and it was then ****** . I waited outside my building when he had gone to the wrong building this is not even my fault as I did state the correct building number on my address and I asked that they call me. I want my money refunded it is not my fault he waited at an incorrect building when I waited for him outside the correct building. I want my food or my refund. Who leave food at a random place in an office park? Why do leave delivery notes if they won’t be followed? I said call me upon delivery
