My food was not delivered/no communication/no reimbur*****t

I ordered two meals in the month of December and as the driver took my order my the shop he sent me a text saying, I must fetch my order on the main road which is 500m from my gate, my home is a stand alone and I always receive parcels and orders on this address without any hassles. I told the driver I can't because I'm limping he should come to my gate, he then spoke about he's safety etc. mind you there were people walking around on the road and he could see me as well cause I had my flash light on. He refused to bring my order, I've sent countless msgs on my app about this because I didn't receive my food and I didn't get any reimbur*****t or communication from ubereats. The frustrating part is not getting a response on the App and a reason why all of this was done, the driver was very rude and he frustrated and disrespected me alit on that day. I'm still waiting for communication/response or reimbur*****t for ubereats
