My food was never delivered by your driver

Uber eats driver did not deliver my order to Umlazi Comtech high school. I ordered from KFC Umlazi V, the instruction was clear that there's security at the gate. He must tell them he's there to deliver to boys dome. I tracked his 1 minutes before arrival and called the person to go at the gate. After he said he's there. I told him to wait not even a minute cos the dome is a minute to the gate.

When I asked where is he cos they can't see nobody at the gate. He typed and deleted messages for long. While I waited for his response and failed attempted call, which he did not answer. He then sent a Picture of my order.

How can you claim delivery if security is there. Why not answer call after several attempts. Uber claims there is no refund cos he waited for more than 10 minutes. How can they allow drivers to leave food at the gate as they claim. After reading reviews, many people have suffered from drivers who claim to take pictures of food left by the gate. Uber eats said they can't refund after several emails I sent explaining to them how the driver acted.
