My food in the Dustbin

I will never order from uber eats again, my order was taken care of by Juma who I requested he come to Milpark Mews (which is what is on my order instruction and is also next to the House of Stanley) which is where he was, Juma refused and said that I must come to the House of Stanley, when I got there he had left and to my surprise he had approved on his UberEats App that my order was delivered, I contacted him and was told that as per the policy of UberEats, my food was thrown in the bin and I should take it up with UberEats. I have laid a complaint with them and have still not received communication. If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would.
