My Account was deducted twice for the food I didn't even receive

I placed an order at Honchos Hillbrow, after checkout it reflected as Honchos Ottawa. Would not have selected Ottawa because I nearly went to hospital after eating their when I explained my issue to the consultant he kept making as if I'm the one who selected Ottawa, I asked them to cancel on time and they charged me the whole amount of food of which I didn't even receive as cancellation fee. All this happened last night and now when I wake up they deducted my account for the second time without my consent.
