Mxm uber eats has pathetic service

The service I received today was not professional, Firstly the driver told me that I must meet him at some garage , because he cannot come to my area because of safety. Then he said he was going to call his office ...then he just ignored me....my order was then cancelled with a reason that they called me and I didn't pick...of which that's a lie...im just fed up.. I guess im not a valued customer for uber eats...now im wondering if my money will be refunded.
