Multiple charges for freaking McDonald's

On the 2nd of October I got charged double for what I needed to pay for my order. I tried contacting them and the responded late and only told me stupid answers from their script. Today, I receive another charge for the same order, meaning that I paid 3 times for one order. That's insane. Definitely not doing business with them anymore
