Very poor service and pathetic service I got from uber eats they false advertise just so you can use their service this is the responce I got from them when I complained after they advice I buy one and get 1 free which clearly stipulated on their app and they also send me an email with regards to this promotion "Any further action you wish to pursue is up to you. We're not happy to hear you had a bad experience, but unfortunately, as the restaurant you are referring to is not offering the buy one get one free promotion, we won't be making any adjustments here. We would be really optimistic your next experience will be much better" Sent by Kashif on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 4:18:12 AM this is the email I got! I recommend never to use this service they false advertise and I was not the only one who complained about this as the driver who delivered my food said the same thing.
