I placed and order on Sunday Evening for a pizza and coke , it went off my account and never arrived, yet the delivery guy took a pic of the pizza ( but it doesn't show where he was when he took the picture) and said he was at my house to deliver but no one was home, we were home with the front door open and no one came . I was not reimbursed nor did I receive the order. Still waiting to be refunded. This is the second time in 6 months that this has happened when the driver claims they delivered. I have not ordered from them since and have been using Mr d rather, never have I had such an issue with Mr d. So if you want to order from Uber eats , best to pay cash that they will definitely deliver otherwise their delivery guys ***** your food. Not impressed and won't use them again. Very disappointed 😞
