I just wanted to express to as to how disappointed I am in this app.

I ordered Chinese food at about past 7pm on 24/11/2022. The food was on its way, so I texted the driver and told him I will be waiting outside for him because I live in an apartment building. About 10 or so minutes later the driver tells that he doesn't want to come here because my neighbor is not safe this time of night ( I have no problem with that). I did try to contact the driver but nothing. So I decided to check my orders to see if he had canceled but he states that the order was complete, now I am out of money which I could have used to go and buy food with but can't because I will get it in 3 to 10 business working days. Then I am having trouble locating my address which was saved in the app and I used it to order food with before but it gives me an error. I am deleting this app and not recommending it to anyone.
