Mortified

I would like to lay a complaint. I made a purchase today on Uber eats and prior to the order being delivered it said “Uber cash” so I prepared 126 Randy’s as cash to give to the delivery guy and upon his arrival he asked my name and the code which was (0364) and took the cash. However to my dismay , I logged into my banking app later on and got mortified to see Uber had made a direct debit transfer on top of the cash I paid the tried. I tried calling him , he has blocked me. I tried sending help on the app y try on report this and no one got back to me. I would like someone to email me so I can send the screenshots of the driver’s profile , the transaction screenshots.
