MONEY WITHDRAWN BUT NO ORDER

These people are *****sters. What kind of company doesn't have ways to be reachable telephonically or even as a chat. They took my money today but the restaurant refused didn't accept my order for some reason, but my money was already deducted from my card. Shouldn't my money reflect in my account for when I order next, at least? Email address they shared online is not working, neither is the number to phone with.
