Money went missing with Uber driver

Am so disappointed at UberEATS drivers I ordered food a while back and gave money to the driver and amount of R150 my total was R146.61,I sent communication to Ubereats email more than once with no reply. Yesterday I used Uber for a local trip which amounted to R40 but when I reached my destination I was billed R188.80 so does it mean I have to pay double via card and cash for food.
