Money was deducted twice from my account

UberEats is the worst delivery service ever, my order was deducted twice from my account last week 6/06/2025, I've requested, them to pay me back my money several times with no luck, all they tell me its a payment hold, my question why do i have to wait for my own money, i want this matter to be sorted out TODAY
