Money theft

I made an scheduled order yesterday for 10:00 to 10:30 and cancelled it at 9:03 and never got my money back. I have used the automated system and still i do not get contacted or have my money back.

This is outright theft. The fact that you cannot call them allows them to get away with almost every form of problem you have with them since you can only complain on the system they want you to use. The option i need isnt there.

This company has disappointed me more than once and after a long time i wanted to use them my money gets ******.

This is utterly pathetic
