Money taken from my account and not refunded back

I am so dissapointed with UberEats twice my money was taken and they dont even refund me back my money. On the 14 Aug I placed an order and the order was cancelled after making the payment. I never got the delivery and they said they processed my refund it should be paid back to my account within 10 days to date I did not receive my money back I sent several emails and I am not getting any response
