Money taken

Ordered 2 meals (one was cancelled so tried another restaurant the same night). Both orders cancelled, money was taken and not refunded since 3 December 2023. I happen to call one restaurant that night asking why’d he cancel my order and he said his business is not even on Uber eats so it’s phantom restaurants taking our orders. Where is the money going?
