money not credited to me

so, I ordered Kfc date: 25/09/2023 and choose cash payment driver arrived with my food, I paid him R200 for a bill that was R125 guess what he did not credit me. I have since been trying to get Uber support to credit ne and I am being ignored. what a horrific service Uber Eats I am this close to closing my account if this is how you treat your customers.
