Does UberEats vet the restaurants they allow on their app?? I ordered food from “Jollof Kitchen”, which believe it or not, took 3hours to reach me! After the 2nd hour I reached for support and “Muhammed” was of no use! I asked to atleast contact the restaurant, because I tried and failed, all I got was “unfortunately I can’t”…

I decided to order something else from what I presumed to be a reputable company, (Burger King). They too took over 30 mins. Made the driver wait for additional time. Both deliveries arrived COLD! (I want you to try having microwaved fries and burger). The other order from Jollof kitchen was burnt and stale! Guess what? I was denied a refund :)
