Money Loss Uber Eats

Me and my two children have placed an order with Uber eats twice in a span of about a week. Twice they forgot an item/s with a total loss of R150,00 do not use them. My children is registered on the Apps, and no refunds were ever made as promised. Warning! Rather drive and buy, it is cheaper than losing R150,00
