Money ****** from my bank account

First i would like to state i was a loyal customer for many years and always choice them over mrd but after they just took money from my account and are un welling to give it back is plan theft. A order was placed for cash and pick up it was picked up and paid cash but yet they still took the same amount from my bank account. And they refuse to give me back my money because it was only noticed 50hours after it happen when i checked my bank statement and they werent notified within 48hrs. Everyone should avoid them at all cost because if they can just take money out of your account whats to stop them from doing when ever they feel like it. They are just play theives.
