Money ****** from my Account for Services that were not rendered!

Why are you *****ing from my account and blaming it on me? Orders sent to wrong address and money taken randomly with no response or explanations? This is **********. I had to block it. Why would you deliver an order to an address that is not on my profile, you have it because someone sent a deliver with an Uber scooter not Uber eats? You kept the money , now today you went again and debited double the amount from my card, which I had to cancel, now I have to incur the cost and inconvenience of replacing the card. Why are you ignoring me and blaming this on me? The delivery was not even requested from my app? Why did you retain the data and assume that all my orders will go to that address? This is not in line with the consumer protection act and TCF (Treating customers fairly) You probably won't respond because you thrive on theft and bad publicity. I will never use your app again!!!
