Money Eaters

I am very upset with uber eats. For the past 3 or 4 times I place order then my orders are not delivered and they would refund me. This time around on Sunday 18.09.2022 I ordered and my order said delivered but was never delivered I immediately called the driver and said he was mixed up he will drop it which never happened I then logged the not deliver on the app and placed the same order again from a different store which I paid now for a second time and then they respond to tell me they can't refund my 1st order but they can see that I placed the same order again nd why would I do that if I got the 1st one.. I am very disappointed and will never use uber eats again they even took my R50 VOUCHER on this order and still debited R110 from my account for a order of R116..

This is a serious problem because I feel they can go listen to the call I spoke to the driver and what he said now I just lost money.

How do u trust uber eats when u can't trust the people the employ and at the end of the day u pay before hand and then u don't get your food.

I am honestly disgraced and I will let everyone I know be aware of this ad I am also taking it to social media.
