Money deducted but the order is untraceable

I ordered food but when wanted to proceed the app suggested that I use a different payment option. The transaction kept on declining even though I had money. I kept on pressing pay. R291. 90 was deducted from my account but there was no track of the transaction. I called the restaurant but my order was not found, however money was taken by uber Eats. I tried calling them but no luck 😢😕😕
