Money decucted for order cancelled by UberEats

I placed an order which was cancelled by UberEats and the cash of more than R300 was still deducted from my account..I tried contacting them many times to no avail. Honestly the worst service ever!!!!.... UberEats... Please give me my refund...This is ridiculous
