Uber eats and mochachoes Halaal are a just a bunch of ********s they ***** from people. I made an order before we closed at work mind you the order was supposed to be out on delivery 20 minutes after the order and 10 minutes to get to my work place immediately after I ordered I am communicating with the driver that work closes in an hour and he responds no problem an hour down the line I ask him whats happening why isn’t he moving with the food he tells me no they gave my order to someone else and he is still waiting I already explained i can’t wait work is closed I’m literally sitting in the dark alone waiting for food thats not even on the move yet I cancelled the order tell me why uber eats and mochachoes are refusing to refund me my money because apparently the meal was already prepared,prepared where when you guy are not even prioritising us you are running a money eating scheme to ***** from people period yall are honestly charging me for a meal the didn’t even leave the store because of the stores incompetence sies.
