Missing & Wrong Item

I ordered a spicy chicken folder and I received a garlic chicken folder which I am highly allergic too! And my fries are not in my order as I ordered a meal and the chilli fries were an add on to my order not part of the meal. Then Ubereats goes sn refunds me R28.22🤦🏽♀️ this is enough for the fries but they refuse to acknowledge, take responsibility and refund for the wrong fold over. They repeatedly sending the same robotic message that they have refunded me🚮 my cravings couldn’t be satisfied and they also ******** me out of my money
