MISSING ORDERS

Yesterday I ordered food and I didn’t receive it. The driver claimed that he delivered my food but he didn’t when I called him he didn’t respond and the UberEat said they can’t refund me because the driver tried to call but I didn’t respond. I feel so ****med by them
