Missing order; Rude delivery man; No response on complaints

I have given this delivery service countless amount of chances but what happened to me this past Sunday was definitely the last stroll.

The delivery guy was literally shouting at me blaming me for the faulty app. the app had been saying that the driver is 6 minutes away for over 30 minutes now and i had been going outside because I know from the previous experience that the app doesn't show the right time. In addition to that, I had been texting this driver with absolutely no response and now he is demanding a tip because "i made him wait". This guy was legit not trying to give me my food.

Uber has been absolutely disappointing especially when it comes to getting the order right.

I have had 3 incidents where I have ordered Mcdonadls via them and my oder was wrong. instead of the chicken i order, I get beef; instead of a fold-over i get a big mac huuuh guys please tell me how this is close to being right.

WORST OF ALL, THEY DONT REFUND YOU!! it's frustrating to even type out this review. I have ordered from via uber eats and my chips were missing i reported it and they didn't even get back to me. I have reported A wrong order and dololo nothing not response on getting the difference price refunded.

THIS Service is ABSOLUTE absolute ****. You cant call anyone regarding your troubles as you experience them you can't get a response when you email. I probably won't get a response from this review because thats just who the have proven to be.

Uber eats gets worse by the day.
