Missing Order

I placed an order on 08 October 2025, which never arrived. I have ordered from this store before (Chateau Gateau), and I've never experienced this before. I'm disappointed because I had something special to celebrate, and these cakes are not cheap. The app says my order was delivered, which is concerning because I never received a call or text from the driver. Please refund my credit card. You should do a thorough background check on your drivers.
