Missing items from Uber eats market

I am disgusted with the service from Uber eats, I ordered fruit and veg from Uber eats market only to find that their were missing items when I received my delivery

I reported it on the app and it says I am not eligible for a refund they will inform the delivery partner which is absolutely unacceptable, we pay for our products and when it is not delivered we are not eligible for a refund? This is just *****
