missing items

Last night 1 January 2023 I placed a order for a 10 piece nugget which comes with two sauces & i added another dip for R7.90 which totals to 3 dips being ordered. When I received this order i immediately took a photo as this is now either the second or third time in a row something is missing from my mc donalds order.

I went ahead and contacted support to let them know i never got something I paid for. When support contacts me back they tell me theres nothing they can do for the missing dip and will not refund me the R7.90 for the missing dip. Also that theres nothing can be done apparently, I then went back probably after getting the same answer 3 times and they still not prepared to solve my problem. I even asked if I could go pick up the dip myself but not getting any response.

My previous mc donalds order was for a two cheese burger meal with a jalapeño dip and only a single cheese burger meal is delivered with no dip.
