Missing items

I ordered from Romans Pizza in Parkview, the order was missing a 1 litre cold drink. I asked him about it, he said he would return to the store to collect it. 2 hours later, no delivery as yet. I confirmed with the Romans Pizza and he indeed returned to collect the cold drink, but has not bothered to deliver it to me. NO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, have to use the app or Twitter to lodge complaint. Pathetic UberEats - last time I'll make that mistake
