Missing iteams

I ordered grocery from uberEats on the 1st December and they only delivered 2 iteams i have been reporting the issue on the app since the 1st and even today no one is responding to my issue and that is unacceptable this is our money we using to buy food for them not to respond to our issues and ignore it
