Missed item on order.

I ordered food this morning from kfc and the total was R97,10 for a R60 meal. Anyway the food got delivered and was sealed and I was quite busy at work so the driver left because it was a card payment and when I opened the food there was no drink. I kept on trying to contact uber eats but there is a error by the time they fixed the error i have forgotten. You guys need to check your service delivery online. I want a refund for my coke. Just because you make it difficult for us to contact you
