Misleading ads

There was a buy one get one free special last week Friday 22 November 2019, placed an order, when i made it one, the one for free was not included, i then made 2 thinking it will only charge me for one but it charged me for 2, I then did one, hoping that it will be included once i checked out, but to my surprise it only gave me one iterm still, i called the store to enquire before they can deliver, store told me that its not them running a special but ubereats, they gave me number to call, i called ubereats, the lady i spoke to said it will be automatically uncluded to the order, but when my order came it was one instead of two, i refused to accept the order as they supp**** incorrect order, which i called their contact centre and they confirmed it will come with 2 for one. I called their contact centre again to report the matter, the guy i spoke to told me that he cant help me telepathically, i must to to my App and go under help option and choose the option, they will give me feedback within 24hours , its 4 days down the line, dispite my efforts to follow up, no reply from ubereats, my account was debited, order status says delivered on their App, but i did not take that order, i am so disappointed. My order number is B337E.
