Mishandled delivery order

Driver took a picture of my food then claimed it was delivered, security camera shows he drove to a blind spot then left, apparently as per their support team, driver waited 14 minutes and left food at the gate, no evidence of such, picture was taken then seems to have left with the food. Their customer service is quite unpleasant and no further resolution was provided.
