****ming Uber eats

I placed a order on Uber eats on 31 December 2025. The funds was deducted from my account and then the order was cancelled. I tried to reach out to Uber eats and the Uber not advised it will be refunded within 3-10 working days. When I queried online again on the app they say no funds was deducted but I sent them the POP and still no feedback from them. Today it is 14 January 2026 and stuff no refund from them. They don't have any email address or contact number or address in Cape town. I want my money back!
