Middelburg Uber eats PATHETIC

Had the worst experience with Uber eats deliver ever!!! The driver phoned to find out where the delivery address is, after calmly explaining exactly where it is, he started shouting and screaming and slammed the phone down. I phoned back many times and every time he continued shouting and slamming down the phone. He has now concept or idea of the location.

After a very long time, I phoned Uber eats head office, who could not help me either. The delivery did not take place at all. After a long time of complaining, the order was cancelled. By that time the special I wanted to order expired. Eventually after more calls, the manager called back, but the call was cut off and manager never phoned back.

On first glance the app looked so promising, but the disappointment is way more promising!
