****mers took my money and ate my food

I ordered food from Kfc New Germany, waited for a very long time for my order, total of R179.70 family fiesta and coleslaw, then received an update from the app without receiving my order, that it was completed and that driver left my food at the shop, name Thokozani. I called the store they confirmed my order however said was not left at the store, then line dropped. Seconds later they called me back to say the driver is there and he is eating my food, they said they asked him the reason and he said to tell me he was eating it. Uber help center is useless I called and also used WhatsApp no assistance, I don't know if they are aware that we order for convenience purposes, I cannot drive or take transport just to spend more travelling, I have been ****** of money, I want to know why they cannot refund me and get rid of such drivers that would be so mean as to eat my hard earned money when I wanted to order for my kids
