****mers don't use them

On the 13 May I ordered on uber eats. I had written instructions on the app of exactly where to find the entrance for good measure. I tracked my drivers location and saw that he was waiting a road away thought that this might be a tracking failure after 3 minutes I get an automated call (no actual call) that my driver is trying to reach me. I call back immediately 4 times and he sends me to voicemail each time. I then see a message that order had been delivered. I tried calling back another 3 times ands he cuts the call. I did not give him a delivery pin so how was this delivered? I contact uber support and they say that they will not refund me as the driver followed process and waited at the delivery address for 8 mins before leaving. So he waited a road away, declined my calls 7 times while he waited, did not respond to messages and then left with my food. And uber considers this protocol. Asked to speak to someone higher but I have no hope.
