UberEats are doing daylight ******* right under our noses. I ordered food today and when the driver “arrived” I was literally at our offices door waiting for him. He said he had arrived, I asked him multiple times where he was but failed to respond to my texts and then left with my food. The delivery status was “delivered” and I didn’t get a refund. I tried contacting UberEats who are actually not contactable by call but only app & email. It’s been hours now, they haven’t responded to my email nor refunded me (I’m hungry & used my last lunch money). There’s other alternatives for food delivery services don’t find yourself getting ****med by UberEats, please be careful guys. These are ****mers. I lost my money and didn’t receive my food and they didn’t show any care in the world.
