Uber Eats don't even deserve 1 star, it's a pity I couldn't review without a star. I feel ****med out of my hard earned money. I'm not fami**** with UberEats, on the 16th May 2022 around 18h20 I ordered in Bergbron Randburg but my order never arrived. 1h30min later I called Romans Pizza only to be told my order was delivered and that the drivers usually eat/take home customers food in case of unsuccessfully delivery. I called Uber Eats call center after the app showed a pic of my food by the gate before the driver went away with my food, there was no agents available. I had to order KFC around 20h00. I complained via the app, I haven't received any response. What happened to my food?
