****mers allowing ****mers to thrive!!

I ordered food from a restaurant on this platform and the restaurant recorded it as "Delivered" when it actually wasnt. I wrote a complaint to customer care and they genuinely didnt care about my order of offer a refund of any sorts. After doing research on Facebook, I found out that the restaurant was a **** and when I told the customer care people they still told me there's nothing they can do for me. How could you allow *****ulent restaurants on your platform and then say you "cant do anything" when customers get ****med!!
