14 March 2 transactions went off my account with reference Ubereats Parktown they were 30 seconds apart , I sent a query to the useless customer support they gave me a name of the person who placed an order using my bank card in Pretoria while I am in Durban told then to reverse as I don't know the person and if they could respond earlier they could have not delivered the food but they take 8 hours. They asked to follow up with someone I don't know and they can't give me details protecting a ****mer
