So on the 5th of October 2025 I ordered food at chicken licken I never received my food and the driver told me they will automatically refund me I call Uberats and I was transferred and I was out on hold until my airtime got finished. On Wednesday when I called they said I must claim it on the app I did that and I was told that the order has passed 48 hours they can't refund my money back. I mean it is not my fault I don't know how to claim and how to use that app except that I know how to order. So people be warned delete that app it is busy ****ming people their hard earned money I lost R258 and for what? Uber eats I want my money back... Even people on Twitter are complaining even TikTok.. I will never ever use that app in my entire life.
