Uber it’s is a ****, I was phoned by the driver saying he is outside but when I went outside, he was not there. I tried to call the driver back and he was not picking up, I called so many times without him picking , I wanted to know where he was exactly because he was not by my place. When I lodged a complaint I was told am not eligible for a refund.app was displaying driver arriving soon but I was told the driver waited 30 minutes, I don’t get it because I was the one who waited until while trying to communicate with the driver.
